The legal profession needs to adapt from the issues learned under the old system-focused approach towards real estate owners and operators' needs to create the best tenant relationships. The systems need to serve the tenants, their employees, customers and visitors.
This is the first time we saw our term Tenant Relationship Management System (TRM) used publicly by someone outside Bember.

He was joined with leaders from Kone, Amazon Web Serivces, Accenture and Siemens.
A common thread in the discussion was that the industry has tons of data and systems for everything, but system agnostic players who understand the digital users needs, such as Bember, are necessary to move the industry forward. User centricity and real time monitoring and control are coming toghether to create business value for propety owners.
